Attorney, Don Scott Herron, began work on Bar Exam Games as a 3L Independent Project at Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he developed an interactive courtoom (FRE) evidence simulation which featured judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, and witnesses. This prototype even included a virtual reality proof-of-concept using the Oculus headset.
Herron graduated, Summa Cum Laude and second in his class, from Mitchell Hamline in 2018. Herron entered law later in life with decades of business, information technology, and teaching experience.
Since then, Herron launched and runs a solo boutique law firm, Summit Legal Solutions, LLC. This law firm focuses on business and technology law. Herron also works or has worked part-time since 2019 as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching mostly bar exam preparation courses. Design and development of Bar Exam Games has continued slowly but steadily since Herron's 3L project.
All of this comes together, along with a life-long hobby-level interest in multimedia and computer game development, to make creation of these Bar Exam Games a reality.
Even though Herron is a licensed attorney (TN) he is not your attorney. Nothing on this website, nor any related offering, product, service, or communication of any type establishes an attorney-client relationship. The only way to establish an attorney-client relationship with Herron is through Summit Legal Solutions, LLC by signed writing.
